This graffiti festooned mess translates as local colour along the canal abutting the ongoing 'Fish Island' residential redevelopment.
The tone much Improved here over the last 4 years, the gloom and dereliction lifted by the ubiquitous lilac buddleia at home and thriving on this neglected stretch.
4 YEARS LATER
The residential development continues on the southern bank. Ah, nothing recedes faster than progress.
