This place is apparently not stroller-friednly. So if you're travelling with a stroller, then you will be told to leave your stroller outside, with you baby in it. Bipin, from the store asked us to leave our stroller outside because they didn't have enough space for a stroller to move around. Fair point, however they did infact have enough space for a stroller so Bipin is either ignorant or blatantly hostile towards baby. In an age where we are always looking to be inclusive and will equal, the miniso store inside Shantiniketan mall is living in a era far behind. Amp and up your customer satisfaction and service

Miniso present inside the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall is a small one and is still well stocked interns of basic Miniso items like - Neck Pillows, storage boxes,women needs etc .

The Miniso outlet cannot be too crowded here and has a small footfall capacity considering the Miniso popularity and crowds.

The place serves great fluffy and soft to touch bedding items,soft toys and napkins. The storage boxes are affordable starting at 250inr till 1499 considering the size and volume.

The place serves room fresheners which are bad ,the body mist sprays are ok ok and good inr for youth and not for adults.i do not recommend their adult ranges of fragrances and body washes.

Overall this outlet needs to have more options on soft toys and bedding.

This is an nice place. It has a very pleasing view, all pastel shades. You get mostly cute things from here. I basically do window shopping and sometimes buy things cause i find everything very cute and wanna buy everything but i just control myself. It has a lot of useful and fun objects. Like the sunglasses look cool and trendy, there are manicure items, pillow, handbags, hair covers, coffee mugs, plush toys, sipper bottles, laundry baskets and many more. You can visit this shop only if you wanna buy things. If you enter here with the purpose of window shopping you will still end up buying stuffs cause everythings is so cute.

Understaffed. Limited options. Staff are never present for billing and the person in charge is always 'managing' other staff who went out without telling him! When asked if a particular item is there or will it be restocked, they either does not answer or fall from sky. I have visited this place 4 times precisely for few particular things and my experience has not changed. Visit other outlets if you are really keen on a real miniso experience.
