This place has been functioning for quite some time now (maybe over 4 years), but it isn't very active or popular, going by the number of visitors. The "Tansi Honda" showroom in the Ground Floor appears to be the most important business in the the building, attracting a steady but small number of visitors/ customers. A new commercial building (name not yet made public) has just been constructed to the right of Saptagiri Arcade (as of Jan 2018). If you move to the front of the new building, "Anugraha Complex" in which "Davita Dialysis Centre" is located, is next on your right and in between is a mud road that goes backwards in the direction of Mahadevapura industrial area. You will find Honda (2-wheeler) service and repair centres at the end of this road, adjacent to United Bank of India, Whitefield brach.
