I love having a broker who takes time to educate those who have no clue on how insurance works. From the easy You Tube videos, to the seminars and webinars, and as a client, I am impressed and happy! You make it look easy. People will not go wrong with Addsure. Keep it coming!
Unprofessional and incompetent - a small claim of around R15k took more than two months to resolve. As an intermediary, they add absolutely no value to the claims process. In fact, they hinder the claims process.

Without any shadow of a doubt, the most incompetent insurance company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Over 6 months to resolve our first claim via the body corporate, and still ongoing into month 4 with the second claim.
Very polite people to deal with! 😊
