Easy in and out!
Cheap and had spots. A little walk, but ok.
This garage is convenient and the technology used is effective in getting you in and out quickly. However, the group that manages it, Metropolis, is absolutely awful.
I parked my car there for four overnights while staying at the Sheraton around the corner. When you enter the garage and set up an account, they send you a text each time you come and go. Imbedded in the link they send is another link for the rates they charge. The first few days I parked, I checked the rates, and they were consistently the same. $16 for up to two hours and $35 for 24 hours. However the last night I parked there they changed the rates to $35 every 12 hours. Me being a fool, thought the rates were the same since they had been the two other days I checked. So when I pulled out the next morning, after parking for 12 hours and 40 minutes, I was slammed with a $70 parking charge! After spending over a week trying to communicate with someone in their customer service department, all I was told was that they can change rates at any time and there were absolutely no exceptions since I could have went and found them by following several links. Why don't you just include something in the text you send that says "premium pricing in effect" so your customer's will have some idea you are going to gouge them and double the rates? No, instead you hide it but then hide behind the fact that it is posted somewhere, so it's my fault. Terrible customer service and I'll never use a garage that employs Metropolis again.

The garage is great, but Metropolis parking is a SCAM that preys by charging cars with monthly parking passes additional fees and fines. Can’t wait to see them lose everything in a class action lawsuit. Absolute Scumbags
Good place to use when seeing a show at TPAC or the Titans
Very nice and clean parking garage a bit pricey but you will feel safe and not have to worry so it’s worth the money.
Great place to park for TPAC.
