Walk Of Fame Park Garage

on 5/24/24 the parking receipt was in the amount of $40 for 2 hours. Charged to credit card.
I'm NEVER going back there again!!!!

They oversell their parking so even if you prepay you aren't guaranteed to be able to park, and it's not cheap. I shouldn't be surprised that it's run this way when everyone is out to scam someone. Disgraceful.

I prepaid on Parkopedia here. The barcode didn't work on the machine. I couldn't turn around, so I got a ticket anyways. There's no physical support there. I had to press the button for support. The
Customer Support lady tried to get me to pay again to exit and wouldn't let me out. I tried to explain the barcode didn't work. I went back and forth with her for 15 minutes trying to get them to let me out. They finally asked for reference # from Parkopedia and let me out. They tried to tell me I was at the wrong address and it was "my responsibility to go to correct address". I went to the address Parkopedia provided me with the picture of this place. Irrational customer service, but will eventually give in to do their jobs. place is kinda sus.

OVER PRICED

Needs an attendant to manage the exit, pedestrian, and street traffic to keep it from getting backed up during busy hours!

Parking garage was just an average parking garage and smelled like urine. Parked there for a few hours thinking prices wouldn't be outrageous. Go to leave the garage after just 3 hours of being parked there....$38. Absolutely outrageous. Added to the list of places not to park.

Nice parking garage in central location, reasonably priced.
