I saw a unit for sale on Zillow. Very nice renovation on the inside. Decided to visit the property and knew right away that the HOA is being managed poorly. If you are charging residents over $300 per month, then there is no excuse for the roof, gutters, siding, lack of paint, giant holes in the pavement and overgrown/unkept condition of landscaping. Pool was closed on Memorial Day weekend . The tennis court has not likely been used or maintained for 10+ years. Obviously, no one has even figured out how to turn it into something useful. Either your residents are not paying their HOA fees or the management group is robbing the residents blind. I sure hope you have a few brave residents to get representation and confront the powers that be. It’s ridiculous to allow such a potentially nice neighborhood to fall apart.

HOA ain't doing there job, Street lights out, Roof bad conditions, causing leaks ,Waterbury, rats or mice infestation, cars allover . Tennis court never maintained.pool, HOA AINT DOING HARDLY ANY LANDSCAPING RACKING, PRUNIMG, FLOWERS, JUST TAKING THE MONEY..CONDOS IN DIRE NEED OF POWER WASH, BALCONIES, DECKS, LAMPS ON STREET..CLEAN UP YOUR ACT HOA... HOMEOWNERS PAYING HOA READ YOUR CONTRACT..SOMEONE AINT DOING ANYTHING BUT MAKING A KILLING ON FEES
.Hoa. don't answer their phones..fake email to report any issues..it's pitch black on the streets..no working streetlights

Used to be better place to live. Pool no longer open. HOA is hard to get in contact with. Will only text you. But overall pretty nice place.
