Fantastic art and working studio. George is so fun to talk with and it’s great to hear the stories behind his paintings and posters! I look forward to coming back.
This gallery is also a working studio, so if you’re lucky you may catch a painting being painted in real time! George Anderson and James Mattison have such unique and colorful painting styles. A “must-visit” while on your trip to Portland!
Beautiful marine and waterfront inspired paintings and posters. I love George's technique - so bright and uplifting. A great spot for abstract art lovers as well as tourists that want a lil piece of Maine to take home. Stop in, George and his wife Jean are lovely people.
