Terrible service by Assistant Manager Mikayla artificially creating obstacles for doing a return. I had the receipt and order number but she unnecessarily requested email confirmation. I had to call to their customer service to have this done.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful from the second we walked in. My wife was able to find what she was looking for fairly quickly

Fake marketing.
They had a sale of $10 off on next purchase.
Bought a shoe for my daughter the day before.
Went to the store at tanger today - now they r telling different stories -
it was for new account..

Great place to shop when not in a rush

Good experience. Last time I went the manager was on the floor serving customers (which I like) yet she still said hello and checked in on me later. They do give the upsell at the cash, but in a non-pressuring way and only for the products that are actually useful (show polish, or weather-proofing) - done this way I really don't mind it and did remind me to grab the stuff I needed.
