2. All other transport services deliver Mon - Sat. This company driver in Prai/Butterworth don't want to deliver package on Saturday to Prai. Don't care about customer needs.
3. Other transport company charge RM8 per box in Peninsular Malaysia. This company charge 20% more, but service is not 20% better, more lousy than other company.
4. Such big company cannot even control driver attitude, feedback many times never change. Lousy management.
