Worst customer service I’ve had in 12 years going there. Lamia, a new employee that should not work at any register was rude and disgusting. Im never going back.

Soda was watered down, and they refused to respect the $1 "Happier Hour" from 2-5 PM (I ordered at 3:40 PM) for medium drinks and freezes despite it being advertised on the menu, and supported in the app. When I asked about it, I was told that the manager here only applies the discount to freezes, not medium drinks, despite the menu saying "medium drinks and freezes". Scummy.

Best Tacobell ever I visit. Food was so delicious and fresh. Customer service was best that was exceptional than other food store. Team members and manager was so helpful to get me vegetarian menu. Love you Tacobell ❤️

i can in at 8:50pm at google it says place closes at 930, it wasnt even the mall closing, so its not even the mall bc other restaurants are open...whats worst was i was just waiting in front of register waiting to give my order and they are just standing there not even acknowledging i am there...when i asked finally if i can make an order, she tells me its close....so timing is one thing, acknowlegement is another....id give negative stars if i could

What can I say about taxi bell? It's just like any taco bell and expect the same. It's in the mall so its clean and extremely fast. People helping you are nice and order was correct. Was able to get it down and get back to work with time to spare

Very tasty and reasonably priced tacos, burritos and other Mexican specialties. For between $2 & $6 you can get a petty filling meal.
Service is quick and generally there's no wait. Located in the food court.

I always have problem with this Taco Bell. They call out my # and it's the wrong order I go tell them they proceed to blame me I picked up wrong order. When In fact they yelled out my # and the guy checked my receipt. Horrible customer service
