Excellent store with fantastic staff and even better attitudes. Store feels like walking through a museum, only it's not hyperbole. Their presentation is truly on point at this location. Extremely helpful and genuine atmosphere.

Went there earlier this week to browse with the family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, letting the kids run around and check out all the cool stuff. The kids loved seeing all the characters on display. The staff answered all my questions and showed me their top-tier items behind the glass. The kids also loved the retro arcades, playing many games for 25 cents each. I walked out with a great CIB copy of TMNT NES at a very fair price, and the kids left with a plush toy. We will definitely be back. The other two box sets in the picture are from the other store they have in Springfield.

It's a cool store. No one greeted me when I walked in.
Came in and left without any employee saying a single word to me. Some people might like that, but it would be nice to feel welcomed when you're the only person in the store

Horrible experience after shopping there for months they refused to repair a damaged handheld I purchased from them, they kicked my family out of the store because apparently if you buy a lot of things from them and two of the ten things have issues your a bad customer! Horrible experience would never recommend!

Iconic jersey game store. They have basically everything when it comes to retro videogames. Lots of cool displays, artwork, and promotional materials from games of yesteryear. It doubles as both a game store and a museum. Friendly employees who are willing to help. Worth the trip to see all of the cool and rare stuff they have.

Absolutely lovely place, full of cool games to browse and buy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Prices were fair and I bought several games during my visit.

My only complaint is that you need to leave bags at the front. As in the front of the store near the door which is not exactly reassuring when you want to browse. Luckily they let me leave my backpack at the counter when I asked.

Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

Best game store I have ever visited. Their staff was very helpful. A lot of treasures and respect for the consumer with their prices.

Had purchased a Nintendo switch lite and upon walking out of the store noticed it had a small crack at the top of the screen. I walked back inside and they were kind enough to to exchange it for a better condition lite.
