Black Oak Tattoo

Best tattoo shop around. I have Known Doug for several years. Started getting tattooed by him back in Cleveland. I have now come out to Colorado twice to continue getting tattoos. He does amazing line work and black and grey. Besides tattooing, Doug is just a stand up guy. Super happy to see him owning his own shop and doing great.

I’ve been to see Austin specifically many times over the last two years and have never left disappointed. The shop as a whole has a very comfortable atmosphere and the vibes are amazing. Each artist has their unique skill sets and are always willing to work with you on a design. They each put such great care into the artwork and the tattoo itself that I can guarantee you’ll be happy. Love love love this place and I can’t wait to go back!!

Came in for a walk-in, and Austin was able to design something for me based on the reference pic I had. I'm obsessed!!! I love what he came up with! I will definitely be returning to Black Oak in the future. Professional and friendly staff and the studio is super cute, clean, and has great energy- music playing, lots of art and plants everywhere. 10/10 recommend!

I had Austin as my tattoo artist and he did such a great job doing a beast of a coverup for me! The shop is super clean and everyone was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting a new piece!

Austin is fantastic. I first met with Austin to get a fun tattoo with a family member. We just walked in and Austin drew up the art quickly and within a couple hours we both had our tattoos.

Black oak is my go to shop. They have a very welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable, and honest artists. When I visit black oak I feel like I'm part of the crew. The professionalism of these artist make me feel comfortable knowing that Me and my skin are in good hands. The diversity of skill sets and style of each and every artist helped me find the artist who would best fit my needs. That being said Austin R at black oak is an absolute stud and has worked diligently to make my ideas reality and a work of art on my body. Only doing 5 stars cuz 10 is not an option. Highly recommend.
