Lima Coffee Roasters - Old Town Coffee Shop

One of my favorite coffee shops in Fort Collins. Plenty of seating, although it can definitely get busy! I love their chaggacinno but have never had a bad drink here. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful place ❤️ This is one of the very few coffee shops which serves 12 oz coffee. They have plants and other items for sale which are beautiful as well. The indoors was so serene and I loved the coffee too. Would love to go here again to sit and work. Appreciate the baristas who incorporated some of my special requests. They also have pastries. You have parking lot as a part of their building.

This coffee shop treats you like family. I’ve been here over 120 times in the last few years, mainly on the weekend with my family and the baristas here are always on point. They are welcoming, engaging, and remember us each week as we come in to get our coffee before heading to the farmers market or fountain.
The coffee options are fantastic and they often give my son a bit more whip on his steamers.
Love the seasonal options they have (especially the Ube upside down latte!), and the Brazilian cheese bread is amazing. Just wish the cinnamon roll was gluten free because it looks and smells amazing.
The roasted beans are also in rotation at our house during the week, and we’ve converted my parents to brew their coffee at home too.
This is always my top recommendation for places to visit in Old Town and I’ve yet to have a complaint for those who listen.

I grabbed a Mach-a latte with honey and whole milk. It was good. We our from out of state road tripping so while our truck was in the repair shop we walked and hit up a couple coffee shops along the way. As you can see in the photo there are two different drinks. Very cute little shop. Loved the pour over ceramic selection and all the plants they had.

My husband and I finally tried this place out. He had the raspberry mocha cold brew and I had the ube upside down latte. Both were absolutely incredible and the staff and atmosphere were great! I kind of regret not trying this place sooner. We will definitely be back!

This place is so cozy and gives anyone the feeling of hygee. It's spacious and the restrooms are very well lit. Loved my experience here. I ordered Matcha and Mocha. The taste was something usual and nothing extraordinary. But the experience was good.
