Regarding Brenda D Forman’s office.
If I could put negative stars I would. I just called to get assistance with my mother’s estate since she didn’t leave a will. Was told to reach out to a local probate court so they can help with documentation to show that I am executive of my mother’s estate. Mind you my mother just passed a few days ago…
Now whoever the WITCH was that I spoke to has no respect to potential clients, kept talking over me after asking me why I was calling, just for me to repeat the EXACT same thing I told her I was calling for. No sympathy towards the deceased either. Didn’t offer condolences, kept referring to my “dead” mother. Seriously needs some customer service training at the LEAST. I do not recommend whatsoever

Worse Clerk of Courts I've ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional, they don't properly review filings and rejects filings without any detailed explanation. Whoever is in charge here need to be REMOVED. Some people just hold these positions for years and are stuck in their ways and they need to hire new, ambitious, and innovative employees that would love to work. They literally have a voicemail that says "DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE" PLEASE HIRE A NEW STAFF. THE CLERK OF COURT IS LITERALLY THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO JUSTICE , HOW CAN THE PUBLIC FEEL AS THOUGH THEY ARE BEING FAIRLY ADVOCATED FOR OR JUSTICE CAN BE SERVED?

My advice if you are coming for a restraining order... Just kill the person the paperwork goes by way faster than trying to get a restraining order from these guys the man was the only helpful one the women just talked amongst each other I've been here since 11 it's 3 now and all I was supposed to be doing is signing paperwork wouldn't recommend coming here just handle restraining people your self because you'll waste all day at the Court house mad as hell

Broward county court house (6th st) is the worst! Communication between courts and dmv’s are poor! There’s so much attitude and disgruntled workers as well as inadequate information! Timing is super poor on behalf of the the courts! The lack of care shows tremendously! Having ppl running around back and forth to court and dmv in total confusion is sad! The amount of workers at the court house no one answer the phone, the judges don’t input your court records in a timely fashion I mean the list goes on ! Broward needs to do significantly better! Hire people whom want to work and have the ability to show that in the building DADE COUNTY GETS YOU IN AND OUT ! DO BETTER BROWARD DO BETTER !

Amazing people work here. The staff are polite and helpful. I came to apply for my passport, and the process was quick and easy. Special thanks to the gentleman who worked with me and patiently waited for me to redo my form five times 😂 (I’m sorry!!! Most of the times I’m smarter I swear)

As much as I hate to say it, they are rude, crude, incompetent, not willing to help anybody, and just basically are useless. I am a 30 year your paralegal cannot even get a person to speak to you Properly and help you through a process that you should not even need to have help with. Instead, they try to tell you to do something entirely different simply because you may not be an attorney and they penalize you because you’re pro se they are not attorneys they are not intelligent and they just want to make your life so miserable. It’s a catastrophe and something needs to be done about it. All they know is go get Internet go get legal advise. Totally illiterate, untrained and not willing to help. Florida bar Is supporting this.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had so far. I not only paid $110 extra for a ticket that was given to me in November but I made that sad sad mistake of losing this ticket and this is where my nightmare started, not only did I call multiple times but also checked this clerk's website almost every day to no avail. I made this a priority before the penalty fee but got the brush off multiple times by the representative who answered the phone on multiple occasions and was told "That ticket hasn't been processed yet it needs a month to process" Not only was it January at that point this is the 3rd time I called being told this red light ticket was never send to me or anything I asked the lady what to do in this situation and she said nothing there is no ticket. Yet to see the ticket come back gone from $150 to $263 !! So you're telling me I'm paying a penalty that somebody else decided not to do their job but yet the representative that took me "Patricia Cortez" proceeds to add to this horror of experience and be completely unprofessional. In my years of customer service, I have never asked a customer "You don't have to be rude about it". Ma'am, I am paying you guys something that I try to keep up YET NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. But also paying you guys to be rude and obnoxious not do your job!! This was a mistake from your side and unfortunately, my $110 went to people of this category and unprofessionalism.
