Their H.R is in Deep Sleep, Manager Approve Select & Approved for Joining process but H.R have No Idea because He Forget to Followup my Profile ( Un- ethical)

I don't think they know the entire hiring process. I have been sending emails from 2 weeks asking for an update or if there is any other vacancies I can apply for, but nobody is bothered to reply. Get to know the entire recruiter's role.

Data direct is very supportive and the staff there are very understanding. Not only understanding but also helps us get recruited in very good firms. The worst company ever in my life, no policies, no process, no salaries, they are delaying salaries and will be paid after 2 months or 3 months. Worst part is management who never sees employees as human beings and no respect towards employees.. they will treat employees as slaves. No proper cleanliness and no breaks. They will give breaks for washroom also. Nobody have work permits from the government and they will just manage the audits. Worst worst worst management don't join in this company. We will lose our self respect as well. All messy work and the work load heavy but still they will pay only 2000AED which is delays for 2 to 3 months. No annual leaves or employee benefits.

0 is what suits these people. So unprofessional behavior. There was a walk in interview on 23rd Feb 2021 and lot of people were there and among them they shortlisted 4 of us for the second round and asked us to go to a different building. When we reached there there was some Sardar G and another Guy who came out with angry faces and said we need to go back to the same building again. Then they asked us to wait in the reception area. Then they went for a meeting once they were done with the meeting they asked all 4 of us to leave and said they will get back.
Was that a joke or what? No professionalism, arrogant people.
Go and get some corporate training then Run the company
