Laser Quest Stoke

Went today for a 13:00 session for three games and received amazing service from both employees working. When my friend had an issue with his vest he was promptly offered help and given helpful advice. After our first game the staff were still very friendly and made conversation with us as there were no other customers. Our second game was smooth sailing and ended without a hitch. On our third game we were grouped up with six other players for a free-for-all and I noticed the staff being just as helpful to players of a younger age and overall amazing. I enjoyed my time and would happily come again.

Great party today from Ali and Brandon, with exceptional customer service and energy that the kids and adults loved today. The hosts were just as good as the venue. The food for the kids was great, and everyone left happy. Would and will come back again.

My daughter has had the best 10th birthday party here today. Nothing was too much trouble! Fantastic atmosphere - brilliant value for money! Highly recommended. The staff Ali, Branndon and Ronnie ( the perfect pizza cooker) and Alex (the gun man)were out of this world. Thanks for a great party guys!! Will be back soon!!!!

Amazing Time and lots of fun had For My Sons 9th Birthday Party
The staff members Max and Alex were so engaging with the children , helping , advising them and such great fun to have as hosts. They were very approachable and made it more fun for me as they had everything and everyone under control !

Had a great time here as a party of 5! Did not expect to enjoy this as much as I did. It gets very warm so advise not layering up!

In particular Max, Joe & Branndon. Excellent customer service. Joe went out of his way to show me how to do a fortnite dance whilst Branndon & Max demonstrated their best Elvis impressions. Very entertaining day out. 💯 Reccomended.

My boy had his 10th birthday party here, he and all his friends absolutely loved it. The staff were super friendly and great party hosts. The kids had a 20 minute game, squash break, then another game, and party food. So much pizza, drinks, ice pops, followed by the birthday cake I bought and the 20p sweet machines on the counter. It was the first time my 7 year old daughter had played at laser quest and she was scared and upset playing in the dark. I told the host, James, and asked if I could accompany her in the room, not expecting he’d let me wear an armour and play the game for free too. My daughter had a better time playing the second game, thanks to James. All staff deserve credit as they work hard, even the staff we couldn’t see in the kitchen, the pizza were just coming out of the back room, they must have been rushed off their feet. It was absolutely worth going and my son had 2 VIP/free passes as a gift. We are sure to visit again soon. Thank you all for making my son have a rememberable birthday. See you soon ;-).
