Dizzy Dragons Soft Play Ltd

Staff need to communicate and have a proper price list instead of charging what they like. How can I be charged £2 for my baby and then £6 about 2 weeks later? When I mentioned this the girl on the till said it's because he is walking. He has been walking a while and everytime he has been dizzy dragons it has always been £2. I mentioned this to her and was just told it is what it is and she doesn't really have anything to say. There was a baby in that very same day, walking, who was only charged £2. Can somebody please explain how this works out? My child is a tiny toddler who spends most of his trip to dizzy dragons in the highchair while his big brother plays in the big section. Very unfair and very unprofessional. Please make prices clearer as you cannot pick and chose what to charge depending on the baby.

EDIT: as you can see from the managers comment below, clearly missing my point of being told we would of needed to pay again to sort out getting the babies ready and cleaning up our mess, also being stared at constantly while your sorting out getting ready is off putting! We was a big party and I had my baby and toddler to quickly get ready to leave. The lady who stayed '20 mins after her buzzer went off' actually turned up around 20 minutes later than us all so she had longer there. Food took a while to come out which I understand as there was a big order but when the buzzers went off the babies were still eating, again if the staff member allowed up to extend our time to get ourselves ready we all would of cleaned up our mess! I would never normally leave any mess as I always ask for a dust pan and brush and cleaned up after myself, but I'm not going go pay a further £8 to clean up. I also had go leave without changing my babies and toddlers nappy which was not ideal, Maybe next time allow us that bit longer and the mess will be gone :)

Normally my experience at dizzy dragons is good and the staff member hayley is amazing and really lovely! Was with a group of friends and babies, manager I think (women with dark hair) moaned about the mess from all the babies eating, our time was up as they were finishing eating, we asked if we could extend the time while we got the kids ready to go and to clean up all our mess but was told we could not unless we paid again (further £8 for me) Last time I was here I asked for a brush and cleaned up my kids mess before going, but we was told we had to go unless we paid, yet staff made comments saying they had never seen so much mess, sorry but not going to pay another £8 to clean up if we have been told we had to instantly get going... rude comment considering when i can i always clean up any mess! We all had a lovely time but that just ruined it at the end, and like said if we wasn't told we would of had to pay again to stay to finish getting the kids ready to go, we would have cleaned up all our mess! Staff member hayley is lovely and a credit to dizzy dragons!

Today second time at dizzy dragons met up with all the lovely girls from baby group. Enjoyed food and drinks especially my gingerbread latte with oat milk kindly made by Hayley. Hayley your a credit to dizzy dragons and good at what you do.
However the the girls apart from myself had to leave due to timed buzzers going off. After they all left a lady with dark hair, I assume the manager commented about the mess that was left on the floor, 'in all 10 years I have never seen such a mess!'
On reflection this is unprofessional, not hospitable and her comment tarnished my experience at dizzy dragons. Comments like that are judgemental and unkind too. Babies make a mess this should be expected also it was food we purchased at the facility too. All the mums with me are conscientious but because the buzzers alerted time finished in dizzy dragons and sensed 'we had to go, vibe' They left

took my 17 month old granddaughter here the other day and i wasn't impressed, only good thing was there was no wait to enter, but let's just say that's the only good thing. Firstly the price, £6 for 2 hours, no option for 1 hour which is plenty of time considering I stayed 40 minutes, on entry I noticed the carpet was filthy, a good hoover of all the food would be a good idea, then I took the baby round the play area, there's a ball pit at the top level, well its just a pit really because it was half empty as all the balls are everywhere and the half that were in it were not round, they'd been squashed to odd shapes, the toilet I used was full of stinking nappies in the bin, then when I tried to wash my hands the tap was broke, there was no handle so completely useless, so went in the next toilet, also stinking of dirty nappies, to then stand in a big puddle of God knows what on the floor, by this time I'd had enough, we left, never to return, £6 to sit in a hovel and ripped off on the food as you can't take your own is scandalous, its not worth the £6 they charge.

Second time this week we paid a visit. The grandchildren love this place as it gives them time to burn off some energy for up to two hours for £6 each. Wish there was more indoor activities for kids of all ages, this is it for Runcorn.

This venue was one of the more fair priced venues we'd seen for a 3rd birthday party, so we weren't expecting too much but we were blown away. From beginning to end everyone was well looked after and the staff were absolutely brilliant, really friendly and helpful, setting up and cutting the cake and making sure everyone left with cake and sweets. We had 3 children with allergies and they were great making sure they got the right food/ice cream. We have a very happy birthday boy and I cannot fault this place. The size is quite deceiving, it's a smaller venue but the soft play area seems quite big when you consider it's for young kids. We saw the staff cleaning before our party went in and after we'd finished which was great, everywhere was clean and the party food was good. The sweet cones were a good size for the price you pay. Highly recommended.

One of my favourite local businesses, so reasonably priced (toddler plates are a must for great choice and value for money). Lovely separate play area for the under 3s and a great space for those who are a little more confident. Staff are fantastic, it's so obvious that this is a family run business who's owners genuine care about doing things well.
