The place is fun for kids. Probably good for ages 1-7. However, call them before you go. This morning I checked their website where it said they are open with regular hours. We drove 40 minutes. Got there to learn that they are closed for a private party. So, make sure you call before you go.
For the owners, please please update the website with dates and times you are closed for a private party. You can image how upset the kids were to learn they cannot go in.

Hey there. So I have some concerns about my recent experience. We were here today on 6/22 and there were a few things off. The most concerning was the food. The drink size was a rinse cup? Also no ice, flat and warm drinks. Additionally, when I tried both the Diet Coke and the Mello yellow, and they both had a harsh soap taste. I actually broke out into an allergic reaction from
It. My tongue, lips, and throat were tingling and itchy right after drinking. The fountain drinks I do think it’s a health hazard, and an utter disappointment. The other complaints are about the cleanliness of the establishment. I’m not a clean freak by any means, but you can visibility see filth on many of the toys. Especially the legos, they were visibility sticky and
Dirty. Is there a cleaning protocol at all? Our food also clearly had fried bits from previous fried food, by like a lot.

I’m not looking for a coupon back or a discount as I have no interest in coming back. I am just giving feedback for other clients to have a better time than we did.
I really think people should be warned about the disappointment this place is.

Came on a Sunday with my 2 year old around 4. The two front desk girls ( curly hair, glasses and straight hair middle part) didn’t greet us until spoken to first and then looked miserable the entire interaction as if they didn’t want to be there. We were told we needed a reservation for anything after 4 PM. Nothing on the website indicates this besides reserving for future date and times. We felt very disregarded as we came from Ohio. We weren’t asked anything other than if it’s the first time being there and if we had the reservation. This interaction ended with us leaving without incident but to warn those who travel for “open play”

I brought my 1 1/2 year old son here today to see if I wanted to have his 2nd party here. One party had just finished and another one was getting set up. The party rooms are a nice size and it looks like they do a good job setting it up. My son was too small for the bouncy house & inflatable slides. So half of the place wasn't for us. The big Velcro dart board was just laying on the floor so non usable. They do have a large room with toys and rides for the smaller kids but everything is just thrown everywhere so it's just chaos. A lot of the toys didn't work, including 2 of the ride on rides so that was very disappointing. All in all, I'm not necessarily impressed and do not plan to have my son's birthday party here. I may come back for another visit though. Hopefully they get more of their toys working.

We came on a Tuesday because all the museums that we are members of happen to be closed. We have a 3 yr old and 4 year old. We all had a great hour! We will definitely be back. They had fun playing and I had fun organizing toys.

My daughter ( 22 months) and I had a great time with nana when we did go, but unfortunately this place is not as clean as I thought it was. We ended up with hand foot and mouth the day after we went here. I’ve never taken her anywhere like this before so I know it was from this place. Dust bunny’s and a ton of hair in the bounce houses. They offer city water for free in a cup, no ice unless you ask the water is also warm. I only had cash on me at the time and they weren’t taking cash so keep that in mind. The toy area needs cleaned as well. In the toy area there’s a huge hot furnace behind the blue couch with a sign above it that’s great and all, but honestly It needs a gate around it. I’m watching my child the whole time I’m there but she’s two and fast. I was just really surprised how misleading the photos are, looks so nice in photos totally different when you get there. Bathrooms need major TLC as well.

First time visitors with my son and nieces and nephew. Very fun and safe setup for kids. 3 bouncy castles, a room full of fun toys, locked area so kids can move back and forth without much parental involvement. Area was clean and well taken care of. Food and drink available at reasonable prices as well. Definitely recommend for a fun activity for 60-90 minutes. I can definitely see this place getting busy so book ahead!
