Past reviews had me shook, but the price was nearly 50% less than airport parking so I had to try it at least once. Everything went smoothly. I got a covered spot on the second level of the garage, placed my printout in the window and walked back down to the shuttle stop. The shuttle was already waiting and it took all of 10 minutes to get to the airport in late Saturday afternoon traffic. A few days later I returned after midnight and quickly reached someone at the number listed on the confirmation to request a pickup. The empty shuttle arrived within 15 minutes to take me and one other passenger. As we neared the garage, the driver confirmed whether I was going to the hotel or garage so there was no confusion. The only reason I can imagine someone having a negative experience is if they are traveling with loads of luggage, can't find a convenient spot in the garage or don't communicate well, none of which were a part of my experience.

The parking itself was great. Our car was looked after the 10 days we were gone and for a decent price. Our issue was with the shuttle driver on our way back from the airport. All went good at the initial pick up, the driver asked if we were going to the hotel or parking at the back. We told him we are going to the parking structure. We pull up at the hotel and he starts unloading our bags, my husband reconfirmed we wanted dropped at the parking structure. The driver immediately gets an attitude and starts raising his voice and throws our luggage back into the bus and slams the door. He then proceeds to speed to the structure, but doesn’t drop us there. He pulls up at the business next door, aggressively takes out our luggage, slams the door and drives off leaving us to walk in super heavy rain. Again, parking was fine, shuttle driver who dropped us to the airport super friendly, but this guy was not it. I dont know if he was having a bad day, but we got off a long red eye flight to be met with attitude.

Wish I had known before I booked that I had to take two shuttles to get to the terminal. I would have spent the extra four dollars I saved and parked at the economy lot. The parking attendant/first driver was pleasant at least

Rude service attendant at the parking garage. Parking was hard to find, no elevator and four levels to the top, no help with luggage. Transfer o the hotel across the street, where we were treated like an unwanted guest. Hotel van smelled discussing, and the van driver was equally rude to my wife and me. Once again no help with our luggage.

I should have read the Google reviews first!!! Covered parking is definitely not guaranteed and prepare for stairs (lots of them) if you find parking above the 2nd-level. Finding a seat on the return shuttle is a crapshoot so be prepared to wait!! Next time I’ll pay more for a better location—and read the Google reviews!

I reserved a spot in the garage because it was described as covered. I planned to park my car for several weeks, commencing May 8. The problem was that were no spaces available under the covered roof until one vehicle left. Otherwise, I would have been obliged to park on the uncovered roof. The garage is guarded, and the shuttle works as described. However, my experience suggests that a covered parking space is NOT guaranteed.

Was directed to CROWN PLAZA however shuttle that was to transport us to the airport was late attempting to pick us up - the driver was rude and uninformative - it filled with airport staff and was NO room for lot passengers as promised / advertised; He screamed that he was waiting for another shuttle (after sending off the one with staff only) "just for me" as if he were doing me a favor. His second shuttle never populated so I had to pay for a cab so I would not miss my flight out.
When returning home the shuttle was 1 hour late (with the same driver/organizer); While picking us up from the airport, he then got off of the shuttle and attempted to make room reservations for other customers who were waiting at the stop while we continued to wait for him to drive us back after waiting for an hour already after our flight. He then sped unsafely back to the CROWN PLAZA where our vehicle was -- and did not help us with our baggage.
Additionally the curbs in the original lot were high without marking / indication of possible damage so my bottom front bumper was scratched upon entering / parking.
Service seemed cost effective but the stress of dealing with the missing shuttles and rude driver, I will be more than willing to pay the extra money and just park at the airport instead. This service needs work and a 24 Hour Lot attendant so involving the hotel will not effect the experience of the patron.
