Looks fancy no bad elements here kno what i mean?

It’s an ok place to live. We love that they have tubs and places to sleep. But they never update anything like tubs, refrigerator, stove, eta. Also, there are bugs in the floor, the fridges are old so are the tubs and stoves. Now we don’t know about all the rooms because we only live in one but we assume that all the rooms have the same. We mean this as a good review. Not a bad one. We are not complaining. This place is ok. Especially that we are celebrating yellow dog’s 2 birthday soon.

I lived there for approximately 6 years. It is a fabulous building...yes, it is an older building, but it is meticulously maintained. Michelle and Jose (super) are both phenomenal and I highly recommend living there. I never had a problem with the landlord. Secure, Safe, Immaculate and wonderful residents.

It's a decent apartment house what else can you say it's clean it's need nice apartments and the landlord sucks

The apartments in nice I understand the landlord is a real bastard otherwise I guess it's okay

The landlord is absolutely the worst if you can live somewhere else do it
