Visited once during fall season. It was beautiful under the blue sky. Visited again on 1st June,2024. There were fireworks from 9:15 pm and it was truly awesome. Not sure whether it’s a fix date every year. If you stay near by, dnt miss to experience this fireworks show.
Nice place to relax and to go fishing too
Easily accessible spot to watch nature. It is a busy spot for boaters, bird watchers, and fishermen with access to the Connecticut River. It is a little suspect once you start following the road around under the I-91 bridge. Impromptu fire pits and a bit of a mess.
Really rough water today for a small boat but still landed a decent bass. The scenery and relating is nice too
Beautiful place to take in the scenery, and watch the birds do some fishing. If you like fishing this is one of the best places you can fish in CT.
There's so nice place for rest and watch sunset.
Nice quiet place. Very good spots for fishing. The only issue is that there are beer bottles and snack packs all around.
