I remember going here as a kid with my Dad. This place is very peaceful and brings back good memories.
Beautiful park. Not really made for like kids, but if you do decide to bring your littlest ones be mindful of the open body of water.
Nice place clean but people said you catch a lot of fish there neither me or my brother caught anything and we are not beginning fishermen at all actually more advanced then the regular
I thought this park was nice. They definitely had boating docks that were secure plenty of space plenty of parking, picnic tables in the area and pretty friendly people were there that day nothing out of the ordinary the only reason for the three stars is that this was reviewed as a great place to catch fish, but I didn’t have any luck catching any fish
Had that beach sortive getaway type of feel, loved it and the kids enjoyed themselves. Great for a toddler seeing first boat not in the tub :)
Always love stopping here when coming to visit the area. Now that we moved to the area we will be here more often! I'll have to post the photos of the bald eagle we saw. Overall great park!
Definitely a must visit place, specially when the lake is frozen. Best time to visit is Sunset time.
