Did not provide correct information on Website. There is no connection between the lab and Head office- Poor management. There was a line up at the lab on Saturday October 7th. Please stop wasting people, s time.
Worst ever in response.. still have not received a return call for an appointment
I have suffered from severe anxiety over needles for over 30+ years. However I came to this lab and was seen by a lovely lady named Yvonne. She was aware of my anxiety, and spoke with me to keep me calm. She was so caring and gentle that I didn't even feel the pinch. Within seconds I was done. I had no bruising and no pain.
THANK YOU Yvonne for understanding my fear and helping me make this blood test memorable.
For those who suffer the same fears I recommend this place especially Yvonne.

One of the worst experience in life , some are impolite , aggressive never heard of medical ethics
