We stopped in to see if we could get a packing piece to use while shipping our bikes home. The staff/owners were so helpful …even unpacking s new bike to get us an additional one.

Bought my Kalkhoff bike from here. Very satisfied with my bike but the crew is composed by 3 people and one of them is very mean and not careful at all, not kind at all. But the other two are great and helpful people. If I see the unhelpful guy, I don't go in. They are usually very busy so don't expect your work to get done under a week.

We stopped while touring north France with our bikes that needed tire alignment. The shop owner was very kind and was able to do the job on both bikes in just one day for a very fair price. I would recommend this place to anyone. He has a very busy shop and might not always be able to fit you in but he was very helpful, kind and fair to us.

We are from Austŕalia, and this trip we started riding from Bad Homburg. One of our bikes lost a screw holding our packs. We called into this repair shop with some trepidation, as a lot of feed back to cycle repairs shops in the area were fairly negative. I am delighted to recommend this shop as our need for repairs was fixed immediately at no cost. Any cyclists involved involved with warm showers should look at this shop.

Myself and my girlfriend Cassie are currently on a bike packing trip across Europe and we needed a bike shop in Strasbourg this week for some minor repairs.
The people working there were truly fantastic and so professional in every way. They are kind, polite, professional and just very nice.
We cannot thank them enough and we would recommend them to anyone. See you again guys.

I limped into Strasbourg with two broken spokes. Made a point to be at this shop when they first opened. The guy looked at it and told me a minimum of two weeks to repair. I explained to the guy I was on a bike tour with a group and we were scheduled to leave that afternoon. I even offered to pay extra. The guy told me I was bringing too much stress into his shop first thing in the morning. Sent me away with no help. Thanks for nothing.
