When looking for apartments in Bensalem this is likely the most dilapidated looking of the three major ones. The outside is unkempt and the sidings of many buildings could use replacing and the brick a large amount of power washing and lawn care. The plus would be they have a small but decent looking pool , playground and a dog park . Although the dog park could use shade and pickup of litter in it and the property could use a basketball court. Overall I’d say rent from Coventry or the grand for better maintenance and bang for your buck for Amenities .

DON'T RENT APARTMENTS FROM THEM!
By no means. They are engaged in extortion of money and I went to court.
I lived with here for exactly a year. I signed a contract for a year and left my apartment exactly one year later. I cleaned up the apartment after myself and returned the keys to the management!
They kept my security deposit equal to one month of residence in case of any damage. no damage was detected (which is documented) and I was planning to get my deposit back. However, instead, the community billed me about $4,000 for not notifying them of my departure 2 months before the end of the lease agreement. The community has appropriated my security deposit and demands from me the remaining amount of about $2000.
For what????? For being a decent Tennant? Didn't notify you in advance? And I owe you $4,000 for that?
They raised the rent after 6 months of my stay for next year. My financial situation changed and it was difficult for me to pay, so I decided to voluntarily leave this apartment on the day of the end of the lease agreement. and my decision was made a couple of days before the end of the lease. I thought to improve my financial situation, but I did not succeed.
I strictly do not recommend new residents to rent apartments in this community. They will systematically raise the rent and you are expected for electric bills in the amount of about $ 400 per month in the winter months and at the same time it will be cold in the apartment and the same amount in summer if you turn on the air conditioner. And when it will be hard for you to pay and you decide to move out on the day of the end of your contract, then you will still owe them! Can you imagine? For the right to move out, you also have to pay them extra. This is a criminal act. Racketeering it's calling! I won't let it go so easily!

Very lovely apartment complex with the location and amenities most wanted! I was very impressed with the property manager, Megan Alcoro. Fantastic to deal with, professional and responsive...Megan went through everything in great detail. I found her to be most caring and helpful. Thank you for a truly terrific experience!

Have lived here for almost a year now. Moved here from a horrific apt. complex right down the street. My husband, 2 grown kids and myself ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!; The neighbors are warm and friendly. Not to mention the manager Megan, is by far the nicest and most helpful person I have had the pleasure of encountering in my lifetime! Even squeezing in 3 large men and lil me. We are happy and very comfortable! Anyone looking for a real home should call Megan at The Crossing at Neshaminy...you won't regret it!

Im editing my review to tell everyone how sick these people are... I paid month to month rent for months because I needed to move to someone less expensive that had 2 bedrooms because I was pregnant. I paid an extra 300$ a month , to not effect my credit because I am a mom now and figured I couldn’t just be messing my credit up. They never said anything, then I get a bill for thousands with no explanation. It wasn’t for damages, it wasn’t for unpaid rent, it’s not breaking a lease... after they let me pay 300$ extra a month to avoid this...

Probably one of the best places I’ve ever lived. The maintenance guys are always doing what is asked and completely respectful. The property manager is absolutely amazing & always helps when something is needed. She’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The apartments are gorgeous inside & out and make it feel like a true home. The tenants are always quite and the kids around the complex don’t really bother you. The pool is always clean as well as the playground and surrounding areas of the complex. Always more then enough parking for multiple tenants or visitors as well.

Washer and dryer in unit does not make up for the lack of respect and courtesy for the tenants. Harassing the office so things will be fixed and no indication when they are fixed. Maintenance lies about fixing things so the orders go. If you have an emergency, then drill expect to wait. Bee infestation last summer in several apartments and no one could approve emergency exterminator. Several stories just like this so better choose somewhere else or you better be handy.
