Silver Beach Towers Rental

Very poor management..Where to start got text message telling us room was ready the day after we checked in..we had to keep calling to check in. Sheet stained, fobs did not work correctly, had to have them to get in, no where in there directions on website said we needed to register our chairs. Had to wait at beach hut to open to find chairs. What's so hard about putting room number on your chairs. The management stinks here, they r not helpful at all. Sent a repair man to room to check microwave light underneath. We didn't call for this... should have been done between check in not taking up my time. One of us was there and had to wait till he left, wasting my time. Kiosk for chairs doesn't open till 9. Will not be back.
