Great experience Yoga at the rooftop 🤩 couldn’t take pictures while yogi but at the end they offered some fresh energy drinks with the view and fresh air was just perfect.

Had a yoga class on the rooftop and it was amazing! And Hope was so nice and served us great refreshing energy drinks after!

Lived here for a while when I was working in Brooklyn. Clean corporate studio apartment. The bed could be more comfortable. I couldn't figure out how to work the TV, the remotes did not work, but I did not really need it anyway. There's a gym that will do, but you really have to enjoy this building for being able to run by the water in the morning. I never had to deal with the building management, everything was handled by my firm. Nobody bothered me. Sadly, had to move out due to damage from Hurricane Sandy - that was a day of dragging my stuff down approximately 30 flights of stairs. Wished I had just charged a whole new wardrobe to my corporate card instead, but I was not sure I could get away with it and they were not paying me enough to risk it. Comparable to the corporate housing I lived in in jersey city, but in jersey city it was much bigger, with a better view. Both apts came with a cleaning woman. The corporate apt I moved into after Hurricane Sandy was in Midtown West, more of a touristy area, but modern, sleek, and clean too. One West has a nice lobby entrance. Really nice experience that I couldn't afford without the travel benefits.

Elise was a great at the yoga class. Definitely want these more frequently. Can’t wait for the next one! Also went a super fun rooftop mixer with Hope. Love these events would love to have more.

I’m happy in my new home. Beautiful building, nice gym, sophisticated interiors and super convenient location. Love watching sunsets in Battery Park, grocery shopping in Whole Foods just steps away.

Can’t recommend working with Marco Bianchi enough! Such a pleasure working with someone transparent and a great communicator. It is not easy to find real estate agents like him. Moving into 90W next week and looking forward to it!
