Copyright Office

I have been trying for 3 1/2 years to get my certificates from the copyright office. Did the paperwork, paid the fees and still nothing. Every time I call up there they tell me one lie after another lie. My father worked for the government. I still get treated like this. I dont know who Rosemary is but she must have a friend in the office. I can't get no resolution out of this office. They are sorry!

we had great customer service and the employees were very professional.

Didn't say had 5 days to submit work. My daughter found out after she paid. This is her first time doing anything like this. She's very young and was excited. Asked for refund. Went through all the paper work and asked 3 different times. Got a message saying thank you for using them. No refund.

They will try to double charge you claiming they can't do their job effectively then claim you didn't respond.

I can't believe some of the reviews I'm reading here.

I have copyrighted a number of compositions through our copyright office here in the US and I have always found the staff responsive and courteous. When was the last time you called a government office and were actually able to speak with a human being? C'mon guys. Get a grip! Thank you Copyright People!

They threatened to report me to the authorities just because I sent them a letter asking if they could send me a letter of congratulations for becoming an Eagle Scout. A 17 year old Eagle Scout got hate mail from the Copyright Office.

I have a copyright library there.I would hate that someone has claim my library with them asking for proper ID.To whom the libraries belong too.when you have a cover sheet with all your contact information.

Some of the staff at the copyright office are mean. And don't give out proper informations and on the online customer service too.
