My family and I had a nice experience during our flights from LAX to LHR and back. The aircraft was clean and safe. The hosts on board were incredibly kind, attentive, and hospitable, making the entire flying experience even more enjoyable. Thanks for everyone.

What can I say, dissapointed in BA! We flew Economy from LAX to LHR in mid-Dec 2022, flying home to see family for Christmas. Check-in and boarding was easy, but the experience on board was very dissapointing. While the staff was very nice & friendly, the plane was old and just not up to scratch! Arm rests don't lift all the way up, so you cannot lie down to sleep or lean over two seats. The safety card used by the crew was a joke: it was an A4 piece of flimsy crumpled paper with missing corners! Before take-off some passangers mentioned to the crew that their tray tables do not fold up & the crew just said "we know, you can change seats when we're in the air" ? The enertainment system was very dated and old with a very slow touch screen and lots of glitches and issues, movie selection was quite poor. I know it's not the most important thing, but for an 11hr flight, you'd like to be able to enjoy watching something! Before landing, I asked for a coffee and was told "we don't have any hot drinks"!? After a long overnight flight not being able to even have a hot drink, that was just ridiculous. We paid a lot of money for the flight and we feel like we didn't have the experience that we should have had.

Where most airlines have 4 seats in a row in their business class, BA has 7 seat. Very difficult to get in and out of the window seat and the middle seat. Additionally, one has to climb over the legs of other passengers to get in and out of one's seat. The service was also lacking both inside and outside the plane. Our priority luggage was among the last 10% of the luggage to arrive. I will not travel with BA again.

Picked up my neighbor who was returning from visiting her daughter and grandchildren. Rushed back for Shul Shabbat virtual Zoom. Los Angeles International terminal was crowded.

This is the worst airline for customer service that I have ever been on. There is no communication with the airline to help with issues that resulted in a cancelled flight. We flew to Europe this summer from the US for a family vacation. Upon arrival in London we were told after waiting one hour that us and many other passengers had been removed from our connecting flights and needed to be rebooked. The flight stll took off so we are still not sure why we were removed. No one could tell us that information. There were no flights available that day so we were forced to stay the night in London. At this time there were no vouchers available for hotels so we were forced to pay out of pocket over $800 for the night. We also had prepaid another accommodation in our final destination and had nonrefundable tickets the next morning to an event. We had to pay for all of that and then some as a result of our rebooked flight. After returning from our trip I submitted a request for reimbursement as well as proof of all of our expenses. It is going on three months later and I have still no update or response. I have tried calling, emailing and using a chat bot with no response. When I call their only response is that I need to wait. I am unable to speak to anyone just to check to make sure the claim is active. Very frustrating. All in all I am giving 1 star because there is no communication available to help passengers. The airline got their money but refuses to help when customers are in need of assistance. Do not fly this airline ever if you can avoid it. So sad.

We have a great business class experience from London to Los Angeles.

They offered us champagne 🥂 the moment we got to your seats. There was a good selection of food and drinks. Especially their cocktails 🍹which were very strong.

The seats come with pillows and duvets and can be reclined or turned into a proper bed 🛌. I found this to be the best selling feature especially on a long flight.

I must say I was disappointed with the movies selection which was quite limited.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with their service.
