China Southern Airlines

They are simply cheaters. They left me helpless on LAX International airport on 11 March 2019. Saying that they stopped operations to Pakistan. So that they cant take me along. Hardly they arranged me another carrier. But I slept on the floor helpless. As this is International law that they should accommodate passenger.

Good service but too many people in Airline.

Flights were on time, staff was helpful and let us take our bikes as part of our allowed baggage since we were under weight. Would fly again for sure. Only downside was their online checkin-process. That was difficult with a less that easy to navigate website and translation. Beyond that, good experience.

I booked my flight using Kayak without problems. However, when I went to the China Southern website to reserve a seat, I found out you could only do that when you booked on the site itself. I tried to contact customer service in China and Mexico City multiple times by email and left voice mail messages. None were ever returned. I finally called customer service in LA and they were able to help me.
The in-flight service was fine. Friendly service, ok food. My flight from Mexico City had a 5 hour delay and they handed the connecting flight issues flawlessly. Also, ground staff at check-in in Bangkok was extremely helpful.

Cancelled flight without notice.

Lost our luggage. They did nothing to help.
