Bake Box

A nice bakery with a decent variety of cakes and cake decor available. They take bespoke orders as well however, I am not too satisfied with the quality and finishing of the customised orders. The cakes are cost effective. They also have a decent variety of gifting selection available. The staff and owners are courteous and professional, that along with the ease if access is what makes me visit this place.

We took my son's first birthday cake from them and it was really good. Taste, finishing, design everything was above the mark.

Bought one pastry from Bake Box Vardhman market West Enclave. There was a pungent smell in the pastry and could feel while just having a bite. I went back to the shop to return and explained my unpleasant experience but the shopkeeper did not agree and kept arguing. It was a very bad experience. I am a regular customer of Bake Box , but this left a very bad taste.
Extremely disappointed

Generally, I am not a fan of western sweets, but the taste of cakes/pastries at the Bake Box make me come back here every time I need those for an occasion, period. This is regardless the fact that I have to spend good amount of time in traveling to & from, and by pass a dozen of bakery shops on the way.

Had there been an option of 0 star or less than this, I would've given them. They are really rude when you complain about their stale and filthy food. They dont respond properly if called. I felt sick for weeks after eating the muffins i purchased from them. They were stale. I would never recommend to get anything from their shop because they sell stale and smelly food items.

One of the best bakery in Pitampura area. Try it's fruit cake it was multicolour like a rainbow and tasty as heaven. It's pricing is also little cheaper than other bakery's. They also have snacks and party items. Good bakery I must say

The shop is located in residential area but on a main road, The place was very clean so kudos for that, The best thing was usually no one sell cakes less 500GM but they did had 300GM cakes so that was nice.

They bake all of the products back in the kitchen which seems very hygienic.

Surely a nice place to buy cakes and stuff from.
