Behaviour of staff is not good... I felt as if I have asked them for free food and they shush me. I was sent to three different counters and I explained my order to 7 different people. I don't know what to say.. I will never visit this place again. Pathetic staff.. No parking space.
Pathetic experience with Puri baker’s Pitampura, staff was very rude and unprofessional. I ask to deliver a cake but staff Pinto denied the same to deliver I ask him that on 5th of this month also cake was deliver on same address, he was so rude & said that no we can not deliver and we never delivered to this address. Later I called the staff who deliver on that day Still pinto said no we will not deliver as it’s quite far from here. 1st he said we deliver within 5-6km then I showed him that it’s only 5.5km then he said 4-5km Idiot fellow.

There eclairs are something to try. Rest prices are little on the higher side but once 2-3 months a cake doesn't hurt your pocket. Quality is better than many bakeries around Rani bagh market and around pitampura.

No doubt when I first saw the cake, it was just one word, WOW!! . This place is the best not only for its cakes tastes but the art of customising a cake is superb !! Also they are too customer friendly as they considered all my points and made it accordingly, as I looked 2-3 more bakeries for this but I found Puri bakers the most flexible. It will be great if they start delivering too.

One of the best pastries I have tasted. One should try their black forest pastry, the bread is so soft that it melts in the mouth.

the muffin was yummy.The packaging was good. There were 4 types of muffin
1. Redvelvet Muffin - 4/10 little bit dry & chewy.
Chocolate whole wheat Muffin Eggless - 6/10 , chewy
Chocolate Lava cake - 5/10 taste was not good
vanilla whole wheat muffin 8/10,very yummy & fluffy
milk vanilla whole wheat muffin - 7/10 I fluffy
