Had a great dinner with my grandchildren. My 13 yr old gr daughter actually took the initiative to book a table and made sure we all eat at Tori. Great company and great ambience and decor was fab. Service too good . Food was relished and dish got over before one could blink.
All enjoyed. A memorable evening.

Most incredible food experience and dumplings to everything served. Was allergen free for nuts along with incredible recipes. Chef helped my daughter with allergens.

“YES SIR THERE IS KETCHUP IN THE SAUCE”
Fine dine Asian kitchen ?????
Certainly NOT !
The starters were very palatable , balanced flavours and quite pleasant but the main course came from a very different kitchen, tonnes of starch , inedible in terms of texture and just so sweet. The chef came out to learn what we didn’t like and revealed that they use ketchup and masala to bind & add flavour to the dish !!!
Shocking , and certainly not deserving of the label of a fine dine Asian kitchen. We certainly aren’t going back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone does !

This is definitely one of the finest place for choosing out with family or friends. Advance booking recommended.
Food is definitely excellent, be prepared for long wait, even if there isn’t enough guests. Service needs improvement for sure and the warmth can get better. Food quality takes over service gaps for sure, it’s brilliant! Tried multiple dishes, you can definitely be enthusiastic and try new dishes here. Valet parking available.

Enjoyed the experience with my wife, food was absolutely stunning!! Met the head chef and the restaurant owner, passionate people. Even had the privilege of meeting Mr Khan was an absolute stunning evening.

Sam’s hospitality was the best part! the atmosphere/interior were all really nice however everything else is a little overrated.
Firstly you need to pay 1,000 INR pp to reserve a table which I’m assuming is non-refundable if you don’t show up. When you have dined the money is put towards your bill. If you don’t have an Indian bank account this is very difficult if you don’t know anyone in the country.
We got a table for 730pm and the restaurant was really quiet. The air con was blowing air at us and was really uncomfortable and not too much was really done about it. The spicy margarita is really good however if you order mezcal the drink is 2,150inr!!!! Super pricey
The food was alright. The best was probably the Goyza and salad. I felt nothing we ordered was super impressive or different.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.
MUMBAI HAS MANY OTHER SUPERB FINE DINING RESTAURANTS THAT WILL GIVE YOU A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
I spent Rs 40k on a dinner with my family, and the food was good.
The service is worse than third class though.
THE SERVICE MANAGER (dude in the black suit) NEEDS TO BE FIRED, OR ELSE THIS PLACE WILL EARN THE TITLE OF BEING THE WORST RESTAURANT IN MUMBAI.
My experienced list of service complaints as follows:
1. Menu can barely be read, and no server assisted my family with the order. I had to call them repeatedly to get them to take the order.
2. Cocktails showed up 1 by 1 and by the time I got my cocktail, 3-4 people in my family had already finished theirs. We didn't even get to do a cheers together.
3. I received a chipped glass and my lip got cut because of the chipped glass. It was bleeding for a bit, and this is unacceptable for ANY restaurant, whether fine dining or not.
TORI IS NOT A FINE DINING SPOT. THERE ARE MANY BETTER ONES IN MUMBAI.
4. Servers did not ask my family members for a repeat on the cocktails. The service manager (black suit guy), is super rude and thinks he's too rich to serve the guests.
5. Servers have to be told everything, amd their training levels are severely under par for a fine dining experience.
6. After replacing my chipped glass, they still charged for an extra cocktail. Basic restaurant service would ideally demand that the replacement for chipped glass is not be charged.
Our servers name was Vaibhav. He too had quite a bit of attitude, but I could throw away enough money to bring down his attitude level.
In conclusion, I DONT AND I WONT RECOMMEND TORI TO ANYONE.
Save yourself the trouble of trying out this place just because it's owned by some celebrity. You can go to many other fine dining spots in Mumbai where at the very least, you will be treated with respect.
