Wasted $40 for the app fee...to the rude woman who hung up on me for following up with what SHE told me on Monday after i applied and submitted paystubs IN THE APPLICATION....clearly forgot that she told me herself she was going to run the app and send an email with a decision. I call this morning to follow up and i have to do it over. What did i pay $40 for if she's gonna have people just email paystubs instead? Waste of money to be on a waitlist.

Finally getting settled here at Summer Haven. I’m very grateful for Shaneka and Peggy, when I started my application I had a few things I needed to take care of and they REALLY worked with me. I love my new apartment, the area is clean and seems safe. Peggy and Shaneka made sure me and my family were squared away. Forever grateful for them!

I put in my work order for caulking on my bathroom counter in the afternoon. The maintenance tech arrived within the hour and accomplished the task. It was done very neatly. Aleisha even went a step further by checking the second bathroom and caulking it as well.

I have started the application process with Summer Haven apartments. Sarah Lord has genuinely helped me throughout the process by giving me accurate information about their qualification process and showing kindness when I made a few errors (whiteout disaster) on my application. Very great customer service!
