Easy to purchase the reasonably priced tickets and choose your seats in advance. Great acting in the plays I have been to so far. Seats are a little small and close together, so it would be nice to see some new more spacious seats and some updating of the theater! Great convenient location!

Lean Ensemble's production of "Around the World in 80 Days" is a must see!!!!
Catch this well-crafted, high energy show before it closes!
We were delighted by "Around the World..." tonight (1/18/24).
Funny, full of theatrics (without being campy) and well-acted.
We struggled to not bounce along with the actors on their train and ship rides. Congrats to all members of the cast and crew.
Kudos to Taylor Harvey as Passportout and to Libby Ricardo directing for direction.

I saw "Outside Mullingar" today. The play was extremely heart touching and absolutely fabulous. The acting and directing were superb. Thanks to all for a brilliant production.

If you think you like theatre, listen up!
Yes, our art’s center here in Hilton Head is a good resource, especially for musicals. But, if you have a hankering for good contemporary drama, or if you were thinking about expanding your horizons, beyond big and bombastic musicals, then come and have your intellect stimulated and satiated at one of the Lean Ensemble Theater productions this season. So far my favorite show this year has been The Taming.
As somebody who once left a small city to pursue an artistic dream in a big city, I would’ve loved to see such a relevant and active theater company in my hometown as a teenager. This is exactly the kind of stuff I needed exposure to…Lean pushed forward…pun maybe intended.

Lean Ensemble Theater is an incredible regional theater group that puts on exceptional productions throughout the year. I've seen several shows and have yet to be disappointed. The diverse range of shows are always well produced and include thought-provoking talkbacks with the cast and crew after each production. Attending a Lean show and talkback is easily one of my favorite things to do while on Hilton Head Island!

When I moved to Hilton Head Island last fall, I was wondering where I could see quality theatre. I was leaving a town where there was an amazing equity theatre. A friend told me about Lean Ensemble Theatre a we quickly purchased two subscriptions. WOW! Great, interesting and compelling productions . We are always eager to attend the next play and we bring friends with us to share the experience.

Having just seen Lean's newest production of "A Doll's House Part 2" I can only stand in wonder and amazement. The cast of four did a superb job with this updated version of Ibsen's controversial play. Having taught the Ibsen play for years, I was intrigued by the richness of the characterizations and the way the actors brought those to life. Bravo!
