Visited this location after work because it was closest to me. When walked in, I was not greeted other than seeing a head pop up from under the counter. As I walked up to the cash wrap the associate was sitting down and had his vape to his mouth. I proceeded to explain I’d like to make an exchange because of the taste. He then tried to start the return process but didn’t remember how. He called his store manager Matthew and he had to come back to the store to show him how to do so. At that point I just did a return. Going forward, I’d hope GNC uses the tools and resources given to hire people who genuinely want to work as well as train up to customer service expectations.

I love 💕 coming to GNC store I work out at Orange Theory and this is the closest GNC store at mine place.I come 🫴 very often to Buy Protein shakes and Vitamins and this is mine Favorites Spot.Manager at this Store his name is Matthew,He is the Best Manager when I am confused about product he take a Xtra Miles to Help me Find what I need in a product and Now I enrolled to GNC membership becoz of Matthew where in I get points and Rewards on every Purchase and They are fully stocked and more options available and Better Deals and plus I get Xtra 10 % on the things I Buy. I will make sure if I run out on any things related to Gym pre workout or Vitamins or protein I will definitely meet Matthew and he suggest me the Best product on Shelf.I will be back becoz the staff ⚕️ is Awesome and very Helpful

I drove 20 mins to come to this location after calling to verify a product was in store only for the person I spoke to tell me she did not have the product in stocked once I arrived. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Very bad sales experience today too pushy on making sales in gnc products not helpful at all.

Why would you take the time to post the hours on the storefront just to close earlier than the time on that paper??? Legit showed up at 5:35 to see the employee locking the store. Make it make sense.

If they don't have what you're looking for they will order it. They will not let you know when it arrives you have to keep checking with them. Just because, you put in an order doesn't mean it's yours, when it arrives it goes straight to the shelf for sale.

Al I always get excellent customer service when I go there. The gentleman that works there and knows me when I comes in and help me get the best product for what I'm looking for.

I love coming to this GNC location. The manger Yves Joseph is very helpful and knowledgeable. He never makes me feel my questions are annoying. I appreciate how he ask what are my health goals and how can he (GNC) help me achieve those goals. I will drive across town just to get his honest help! Thank you GNC for having a quality manager like Yves Joseph to help consumers like myself.
