Love this apartment!! my roommate and I have lived here for over two years and have had a great time from the outdoor pool and grill to our inside is also amazing. Amazing staff and even better neighbors.
Lived here for over a year and awesome changes have been made to this place! Close to all of soho amenities and activities. Maintenance is easily managed by our easily accessible landlord!
Loved here for a year and I can say it was the best place I’ve lived in Tampa so far. Location is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is so fun. Only moving out because we’re adding a 3rd roommate and all of the units are 2 bedrooms.
The cutest place in the best location! Everything is brand new renovated and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Love it here!!

Excellent location, can’t beat being in the heart of SOHO! All the rooms have been recently renovated and look fantastic. The outdoor pool area and grills are awesome. 10/10 would recommend.
