Wonderful place for dogs to enjoy within the City of Calgary.
Unfortunately it's not completely fenced. It's mostly fenced but there are several entrances without gates. Nice and close to the river. Has parking.
Fenced off dog park but there are several openings on the back side. Dogs should have a basic recall before going to this park. Nice wooded areas for dogs to sniff around in. Great for scent training.
A peaceful park nestled in the heart of the city. It's great for people to take a stroll and perfect for walking with dogs. Plus, there's an Off-leash Dog Park with fences inside. Behind that, there's a river; it's truly a lovely spot. Let's go for a walk!
I take my dog here every day and have been for the past 5 years! I honestly love the area, you have a mix of field, river, and a great pathway
Fenced in dog park there for those who need it, for those who don't, welcome to the river park! Big spot to swim and let the zoomies out, lots of good friends but can get jamming packed on hot days, so approach on foot is always best as it's not uncommon to see human chains formed around empty spots saving them for friends or family.
Beautiful community off leash dog park that is in the heart of the city. Has a nice wooded area to get some shade and the Elbow river is close by for a puppy swim! It's also beautiful blanketed in snow!
