Excellent company. The administration and Caregivers are very compassionate. Some caregivers have been with the company for decades.

My mom really needed help getting around after my dad passed and they were quick to send someone qualified and caring to help her. They were also efficient at sending a replacement when the regular attendant wasn’t available and they have around the clock service and availability. Very grateful to find them

Better Home Health Care was amazing! My father needed 24 hour care and they worked so well with getting consistent aides that worked with my father. The aides went above and beyond in making my father and our family comfortable. There was a billing issue that was resolved quickly and easily. Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency, they were professional, easy to deal with and the aides were wonderful. My father unfortunately passed away and his aide Albert actually came to the funeral. Thank you BHHC for all your help, really made a difficult time easier to deal with.

Better Home Health Care Agency is a first class organization. I needed a live in for my mother in law after surgery for a broken humerus. I decided to go into the agency in person to talk about what her needs would be. The compassion, warmth and feelings of complete security was so greatly appreciated. Everyone in the agency stopped in to say hello (Pat Huber, Wendy, Karen, Raj) each and everyone put us so at ease. I had the wonderful experience of working with each of them in some capacity and it was the most positive experience ever. They took control of the entire situation and sent the most perfect match over for my mother in law. She was with her for several days, they became besties and promised to keep in touch. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a referral to take care of a loved one. They made the transition from the hospital so easy and did all the leg work for us. Better Home Health Care Agency has taken care of my mother for almost a year now. The 2 regular aides she has are very caring and take wonderful care of her, and I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating, actually I'd give them 5+++. When Mom is happy, we are all happy. We have had temporary aides that accompany her to her doctor appointments and the staff is easy to work with and know my mother's needs as she is very hard of hearing and walks with the aide of a walker. Whenever I have had a concern, and need extra time, I am always able to reach office staff and they will call so that we can get everything into place, as I live 300 miles away. My mother will be 100 this year and it's because of the great care she gets through Better Home Health Care, that she is still able to live in her own home.

My family has used Better Homes to care for our mother since 2017. At first she had daily care and then transitioned to live-in aides. We had switched from another agency whose aides were not reliable. We always had wonderful service/care with Better Homes. The coordinators and staff were always responsive to any issues/needs that came up. We were very happy with the care our mother received. She has now entered a long-term care facility since she needs the next level of care.
