AMC Fantasy 5

This place is under staff. I felt so bad for the two guys who made the snacks. They also clean the theater before the movie starts. The movie theater was messy and stinky. Do better

Hi management,
I am a frequent visitor at your location for your current selections, although I am requesting Bollywood genres to be added to your list please. I also was visitor at Jamaica multiplex in Jamaica avenue queens where they had Bollywood genres. My kids usually go see their English movie while me and my husband see our Bollywood movie.
Please consider this as an option for the future.
I know a lot of people who will be interested in this.

I won't be returning to this movie theater. The auditorium was full which wasn't a problem but its like no one has any home training to be quiet in a movie theater here. The parents weren't telling the kids to be quiet. From the front to the back all around was annoyingly loud. The seats are not reclining, it's more of an old leather rocking chair. The seats weren't clean. Old cups and lollipop sticks were in the cup holders. It just screams neglect. The service in the front wasn't too bad but I ordered icees and they didn't have the specific icee straw that helps with the slushie to come through. It was hard getting the drink through the regular straw. The straws were thin and broke many times. We had to keep going back for more. Luckily we got the matinee price. I can't imagine what full price tickets are because it definitely wasn't worth what I did pay.

Went to see Despicable Me 4 to beat the heat today. The kid at the front counter was just short of rude. I assume to cut costs, I don’t think they turned the AC on until they opened the doors at 11. It wasn’t until an hour and a half into being in the theatre that it started to even dehumidify and cool down slightly. Sticking to leather seats (which are way less comfortable that other new movie theater seats) was pretty miserable.

I paid see a 3D movie for 4, they forgot to give me the glasses because the woman scanning us in would rather answer a phone call then give good customer service, so I had to go back and ask for them, sticky floors by the soda fountain, dirty seats filled with old popcorn, the rocking recliners were awful on our backs and in row C you cannot see the bottom of the screen, it's obstructed by the seat in front. I pre-ordered a popcorn bundle and they had no clue about the order. I wish I can get my money back but it was my kids birthday and we just sat through and vowed never to go back to this theater again even though it the closest to our house. I'm surprised this theater is still open, it's not worth the money and not worthy of the AMC branding.

Bought tickets for a showing for this past weekend . When we arrived we were told our showtime was cancelled. They told me that I should have received an Email which I checked and we did not so we went over for nothing . I was told I would receive a refund from Fandango. Checked for any communication but found zero . Next day I check my apps and once again received nothing from either AMC or Fandango. I called Fandango who told me they weren’t aware the showing was cancelled. As well as they are not responsible for my refund since they paid AMC for the tickets . AMC told me Fandango was responsible because the original ticket purchase was through them . Nobody wanted to take responsibility for refunding my ticket cost for a showing that was cancelled. I’m done with Fandango and this theatre location. I’m letting the credit card company sort it out .i can’t recommend either one.

First time visiting this theater. The seats were roomie and comfortable and it wasn't crowded. I would watch a movie here again.
