I used fandango to buy tickets and I needed a refund and asked the front if I could get one before the show. They said I needed to wait until after the show started because they couldn’t figure it out. Then fandango said because it was after the show the refund could not be issued. So dumb. I hope they learn their own systems soon. They didn’t even offer me any tickets for a credit bc they couldn’t figure that out either. Kinks on kinks or just criminals?

Overpriced tickets is ridiculous might as well go to the theater in basalt plus they have more movies down there. The staff didn’t want to give us a pretzel because they didn’t feel like grabbing a bag for it so they told us they didn’t have any but come to find out they were just being lazy.

Every once in a while, there's nothing like a real movie theater with a monster sound system, huge screen and, yes, reclining seats.

Great local theater. Comfy seats. Good selection of first run and reruns. Special kids showings. Popcorn, plus they serve adult beverages. Reserved seat seating available, some reclining.
30 minutes of trailers, that's why not five stars.

The seating in the theater was better than my house- ultra. Comfortable plenty of space- and the manager Eric at the front desk is always so gracious and welcoming- can explain all the intricacies of different types of popcorn and salt and butter and all the different things you can do, plus the different wines they serve, etc. What a pleasant, delightful human being double thumbs up

Staff was friendly and the theater itself was nice. However, the heat didn’t appear to be working in the theater, no exaggeration, it was freezing. I did mention it to the staff and they were somewhat aware. There was a whole crew of inebriated adults who were acting like children throughout the whole movie and some others smoking weed. It wasn’t exactly the best experience.

Fun experience going down those few flights of stairs into the unique designed Egyptian themed theater. Movie played well and we really enjoyed the reclining seats. Some of the best ones I've ever used.
