I wish there was a zero star option for this gas station the attendant refused to sell a case of beer to my friend even though he showed his identification, especially when he realized that we didn't speak English but we have legal documents a lot of responsibility on the part of the establishment to hire someone so “outraged”

Has a sheet of paper on the door stating they are closed. I got flipped off when I knocked on the window. Never coming back here again.

“24 hours” but they’re closed for an unspecified amount of time every night. At least list the real hours so nobody wastes a drive. Place has gone downhill. Can’t even use the bathroom inside, they ask that you (the paying customer) use a porta potty facility outside the establishment because they had issues with homeless folks? The hot food options they plaster advertisements for all over the front of the store aren’t even available at this location anymore for whatever reason. Half their food coolers have been broken for a long time. This place is a garbage. It used to be the late night go to. I know many people disgruntled nightly by these issues. Do better

I stop to use the bathroom it's still out of service u service food and no. Bathroom, last time I.came over here to get the gas and use the bathroom it was not working , that was in August 2023 and now Dec 2 I came again to get the gas and use the bathroom still out of service. I rather go across the street to. Bp gas station . Then coming to the Cumberland I will never come back again 😤

Stopped to use the restroom on 11/08/2023 the person behind the counter said they were still out of service it’s been over a year since they’ve worked. It is ridiculous I heard it was because the homeless was using the restrooms to take baths. Get a security guard to keep them out problem solved.

This is my favorite neighborhood gas station. It's never really busy and the staff is really friendly. And I think that their slurpees or slushies are better than 7-Elevens They have so many more flavors.

I went in and looked around the inside. There was a comment made by workers about how I was looking around. When I got to the cashier, I tried to make a small conversation while checking out. As soon as I start to leave, I heard comments about me being suspicious. How is looking around the store suspicious? I never felt more uncomfortable than any other place of business.
