Queens Public Library at Glendale

Great library and helpful staff

Cute library with a decent collection of books - well cared for and maintained. Its ADA entrance is locked, so it must be accessed by request - so it is a bit of a barrier for users, which is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.

Very quiet place and peaceful indeed. But personally I think it’s a great place to study especially with the computers they have there

I really love to go to the library and I now I am teaching and showing my 2 girls how imports is to go at the library. I am.going there with my 2 girls and we are enjoying been there. Everything is new and clean.

We were killing time waiting till car was serviced. It's a very clean library, Even the bathroom. There's a very nice garden area outside. Wi-Fi work ed.

Not a good selection of books, not a good selection of movies. For a Public Library, this specific location is pretty empty, everywhere you look there are empty bookshelves. This Library was closed because it was undergoing renovations, we all patiently waited for this Library to finally reopen after being closed for years…. And the final result is just disappointing. The Staff is really nice, friendly, helpful and informative. But the Library has a lot to improve on. There are also no programs for kids and I don’t think that Covid is a valid excuse anymore.

Amazing location to do research, homework, or just read quietly! The branch also provides events and activities for all members in the community! The staff and librarians are extremely helpful and kind. FYI...The branch is currently undergoing renovations but do not worry...a smaller version of the library will be opening at Atlas Park mid-May!!! How exciting and convenient!
