I've dealt with some shady companies in the past but these guys are the worst. Ordered an enterprise drone with accessories for just under $7,000. There was a 4-8 week eta at which point I asked for the status. They basically ignored my emails and when they finally got back to me gave no information and stated there are no refunds on ordered items. At 3 months I demanded a refund which they stated they would process which of course hasn't happened. We're approaching 4 months so I'll pursue a charge back through my cc, if that doesn't work I guess it's off to court. Should have read the reviews on this company before I dealt with them.

I have never written a bad review until now. If I could leave zero stars that would be a fair rating. I ordered a $7,000 enterprise drone and was provided with no update or confirmation on when it would be shipped. After asking I was told 3 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I had to ask again and was told 2 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I had to ask again and was told another week. At this point I could not risk waiting any longer – I was losing business and potentially clients, so I cancelled my order. I was told up to 5 business days to process the refund. After 5 days I asked why the refund had not been processed and my emails were ignored. I called multiple times and still the refund was never provided. After waiting for 3 weeks with no refund I had to force repayment through my bank. $7,000 dollars is a significant investment for a small business. They have now repeated this behaviour with a colleague – a small NGO that needs their money refunded after not receiving the $5,000 DJI enterprise drone they ordered months ago. Do not order online or purchase anything Drone Shop Canada does not have in stock! If they refuse to provide a refund or ignore your calls / emails, contact your bank and request a charge back to force the refund.

I purchased a drone accessory online; note that this item was not available anywhere - this was a Christmas gift for someone. Chose the pick-up in store, for the Vancouver store location. Purchase went through. After 2 days (on Christmas eve day), I called the only phone # available on Drone Shop's website and asked them for the Vancouver store's phone #.
To my surprise, I was told that the Vancouver store location is no longer open, and that my order would have to be cancelled. I wasted 2 days, was out of a Christmas gift on Christmas gift and nobody cared to call or email me to let me know that the Vancouver store was no longer open.
This was my first and last experience with Drone Shop Canada.

Staff rude not helpful at all. Guy had problem to come out from behind counter to help customer Dt Dec 13 2023 time around 1.15 pm. Will buy drone from Best Buy / Costco way cheaper and good customer service.

I bought a drone online, I called them to help me with some questions I had, the staff was super friendly and knew how to help me.
The deliver was faster than expected to Alberta.

I was sold an enterprise advanced Mavic 2 for just under $10k. The deal was made by phone. I didn’t open the unit for a year, I bought it for future use in Northern British Columbia. I was unable to leave Vancouver due to medical issues and multiple surgeries.
Upon opening the case, I noticed no remote control was in the box. The unit has never been programmed because you need the remote. Their response was to ask if I had proof that it was missing??
IMPORTANT TO RECORD THE OPENING OF ANY DRONES.
They then have been going around in circles for the last 5 months, telling me they were going to bat for me with DJI. Nothing has been done to get me a remote, even though they have remotes from previous rental units and still have not done anything!
They have tried to blame UPS then DJI, and have taken no responsibility for the unit they sold me. I haven’t asked for a refund I just wanted the remote.
They were very rushed to get paid so they could get it off their inventory, knowing the Mavic 3 was being released. They sold me a useless item, and DJI doesn’t even make the remote anymore! One year after spending $10k later I can’t even buy a remote from DJI?
Rather than solve the issue with one of the remotes from an old rental unit that staff told me they have, they are pushing me to sue.
They have stopped replying to me or answering calls from me, I think they have run out of people to blame and the emails they have sent me have built my case if I have to sue.
Great while trying to sell you products.

They are good, and easy to deal with. Dealt with them a few times. Only issue was today. Ordered a new battery online for pickup in store. Called a few hours later to ask when I could pick it up, and was told that they didn't have any in stock. :-( Wish it told me that when I ordered it. I really try to buy local, but instances like this make it tough. I will use them again, but hopefully with better results next time.
