Most staff are friendly and nice to talk to. The problem is the food is not brilliant and they keep giving out drugs like they are candy. Patients are not encouraged to do anything or to eat. They also won't wake anyone if the sleep through meal times so some Patients miss meals

I'm in Castle hill at the moment. The staff are very friendly, can't do enough for you, from the cleaners to the consultants. Lovely hospital. I would never worry about coming again

The hospital staff are fantastic I wish i could say the same for the car park operators. The pay machine was broken so i had to install an app.. Some people arent happy or able to do this and to top it all I had to pay an extra 20p on top of the £2.00 charge so come on car park operators make sure your card/coin cash machines are working.

I have always praised this hospital for the brilliant doctors and nurses, but the way its run is terrible. NHS always saying they have no beds, and no wonder, after surgery you cannot leave, because your medication will not be given. This has been an ongoing problem for some time so why has this problem not being rectified? Its costing the NHS thousands all because admin are not capable of of supplying medication to patients wanting to go home. The stress caused to the patients and their families is unbearable. So if your waiting for a bed, wait longer because they cannot move patients on after surgery.

Caring and friendly staff. Very green and nice surroundings. Extra parking space for staff and visitors would really help as there are limited parking spaces available on site.

Wonderful staff in a modern hospital and after care facilities with several specialised care units. We are very lucky to have such professional staff and facilities in our area. Excellent care and professionalism from cleaners through to top consultants. I can't thank them enough.
