Steph gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time!

Made appointment on the app. Got there on time, got hair cut and out in under 15 min.

Checked in online. This location had a reasonable wait and was nearby. Got in right away. Very professional service. The haircutter was very attentive and did a great job cutting my hair.

I've been going to the same location/stylist for several years and always get a great reception from the staff and a reliable haircut that suits me well.

I just love this location I've been. Following Desiree in her career as long as I can remember I've been growing our my hair for years thanks Desiree for the great friendly and knowledgeable haircut. See you again soon

Never had an issue with Great Clips until Desiree cut my hair today. I am so distraught. She could not even admit her mistake. Looking for a place to post photos so you can see a for yourself. Think twice before stepping foot in this Great Clips.

Every time Great Clips raises their prices, an employee misses 3 more chunks of hair off the back of my head.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t even tell you the name of the person who cut my hair. She just put headphones on and cut away. Seriously did not say a word to me.

Judging from the Yelp reviews, this person has probably been their a while and nothing has changed.

This reminded me of why people shouldn’t go to Great Clips. With such high prices, I am better off going to a real barber.
