Aviator has a 24h Service Counter at Terminal 5. All employees were Friendly.

Leave it to Aviator Arlanda to spread out the baggage delivery of a SINGLE FLIGHT over 90min. One and a half hour from the first to the last bag! According to their local customer service this “normal”…

I would like to thank the Aviator's staff who helped us with hotel reservations, reimbursement of compensation and rebooking of new tickets due to the cancellation of the flight by Austrian. (Waiting time was 3 hours)

But I would like to ask the company's management to pay attention to the state of the workplaces and working conditions of their employees. They have a very stressful job, but they work on outdated equipment and their office looks shabby. Hope you take good care of your staff and make service better.

Excellent and friendly staff! We lost our luggage in transit and they readily helped us track our bag tags and give us a PIR number which Swissport in Edinburgh could not. It took literally 5 minutes to look it up and provide instructions for how to carry on. Saved my Monday night.
