Den was an absolute dream and blessing to work with! We rented a bus through Bm for a highly stressful client campaign that involved a lot of last minute requests, planning and stress, and Den handled everything with the utmost grace, empathy, understanding and helpfulness. He responded to emails with lightning speed, made phone calls to assure everything was going smoothly and even got on the phone while on vacation hiking in the woods to help me with a last minute request! I could not recommend Den and Bm more, and we would not have been able to pull off our client campaign without him. Thank you!!!
Philip and Bm came to my rescue. I book a lot of travel, but I'd never needed to take a coach bus before. For the first leg of the trip, I used a different company, and it was a disaster. I needed a quick solution with a short turnaround. Philip found and secured the ideal bus in less than a day. He did everything he could to make the trip home a memorable one. I will continue to use Bm for all of my charter needs in the future!
They provided us with a bus so that we could barnstorm the Iowa Caucuses with 20 Massachusetts students. The bus was excellent, and our driver was exceptional. When we did this four years ago, we used a different company, and Bm was far superior. We will use them again on our next trip because the price was reasonable.
I would strongly advise you to choose Bm bus Rentals. Since the first time we met, they had provided excellent service. Jamie assisted us in getting everything arranged for my daughters q6th birthday when we went to choose the bus of our choosing. On the 16th day of our driving, john ensured that my daughter and her guests were secure while yet had a good time. He was very professional and on time, with the bus in excellent condition...
Wow!!! We had an AMAZING time with Busmanity bus rentals. We hired a party bus to take us from Astoria to the wineries in the east. The party bus was enormous, with plenty of space, Bluetooth to connect your music, stocked waters for the day, and so on. Our driver, John, was so nice and pleasant! We were a group of 25+ year olds who were drinking heavily (lol sorry, but it was my birthday) the entire ride to the winery and felt John did such a great job getting us there safely and seemed completely unconcerned about us having a good time.
I will absolutely use Bm again and highly recommend it! Diana assisted me in making the reservation, and the process was quick and simple.

We had a great time. We were concerned about how the driver would greet us, but he arrived on time and took excellent care of us. To be honest, we would not have slept so comfortably if it hadn't been for the Basmaniti crew. The sound system was simply superb. The party bus was fantastic and spotless. The ride was always comfortable. It was a fantastic day, and it was all because to the great Basmaniti bus business. We are quite grateful that we followed the advise of our friends and chose this particular bus operator. I suggest it and plan to use it again. The most affordable charter bus hire in New York City.
