There is a wonderful new building manager who gets things done quickly and promptly. Five stars.

Faceless, scumbag landlord corporation… building management does not communicate, or follow through on any commitments.

Tenants have all been paying premium rent prices for amenities that have been closed more than open over the last 3 years or so. The main hallways on many floors are stale and smell like the garbage chutes. I'm pretty sure that this building has been sold about 4 or 5 times in the last 8 years.
And, out of the 2 elevators, 1 seems to be out of service about 85% of days.

I was shown a floorplan of a one bedroom with an 83 ft balcony. The apartment I was given is on the rooftop and about 15 feet from the building's noisy and ugly HVAC. Two emails to management and no response. I just cannot belive this.

I love the building...Manager James is wonderful. The area is questionable now, not because of the building, but just the way things are now in society currently.
But I love living in this building. The apartment is really nice. Nice updates. I hope the pool and parking will be finished soon, and I can't wait to swim! They are currently doing major renovations, I'm excited to see when it's complete! 😊

Too expensive I been living here for about five years now and I can’t remember the last time the pool was open, the internet services maxes out at 10Mb where ur unable to do online school at home or work online, the parking garage crumbles around ur car with use being at ur own risk with no help from new owners. just move somewhere else save ur time lol

Not even one. these are not apartments it is kind of jail where your family or friends are not allowed to meet you. Bills decreases day by day if you want to decrease that you need to turn your ACs and heaters off. Even you come to know later on who is the actual manager of the building. People on training use to do proceedings of lease and does not pass actual information and after you sign the lease you come to know many of the things were not told by the manager and remains with regret.
